Returrett

Returregler innad i Norge:

Dersom du ønsker å returnere hele eller deler av ditt kjøp må du gjøre det innen 14 dager fra du mottok din pakke. Vi dekker naturligvis returkostnaden.

Betingelser for godkjent retur:

- Alle orginale emballasjer må være intakt,
- Prøving av klær er naturligvis lov, men det kan ikke være tegn til annet bruk på klærne,
- Undertøy og sports-bh kan ikke returneres pga. hygiene.

Pakker som ikke hentes:

Dersom du at en eller annen grunn ikke henter pakken din på postkontoret vil vi trekke 79kr fra refusjonen for å dekke returkostnaden når pakken kommer i retur. 

Når blir du refundert:

En refusjon vil bli sendt innen en uke fra vi mottar pakken din i retur. Normalt betyr det at du har pengene tilbake innen 2 uker fra du leverte pakken til forsendelse. 

Slik returnerer du en vare:

- Posen du mottok varene i har et segl igjen. Dermed kan du returnere i samme pose som du mottok varene i. 
- Gå til posten.no/retur
- Skrive retur-ID: SPOR-22917
- Trykk deretter på "Last ned returetikett. 

International Return Policy

If you wish to return some or all of your purchase, you will need to do so within 14 days of receiving the item (-s). You are welcome to return or trade your order for different sizes and colours.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, we will try to make that happen. Please provide us with an account number for receiving the refund such as a PayPal account or direct deposit bank account (with SWIFT number, full name and address). Send this information to post@axlnivy.com. Make sure to also include your order number in both the return package and the email you send.

For international returns, the costumer covers the return shipping cost. If you are from Finland, Sweden or Denmark, please reach out. We are working better on solutions for Norways neighbours. 

Conditions for approved returns:

For us to approve a return we need to make sure the conditions are correct. The conditions are listed below:

- All original tags and packaging must be intact,
- Clothing can be tried on but can have no sign of usage when returned,
- Underwear and sports bras cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Packages that are not picked up:

If you for any reason do not pick up your package when it is at your local post office, you will be deducted 99kr when we receive your order in return.

When are you refunded:

A refund will be sent you within a week of us receiving your return package. Domestically, this will normally mean that you are refunded within 2 weeks of dispatch from the post office.
